The Highwic Coal Range Days are back again this year. Our Highwic volunteer cooks will be in the kitchen using the authentic Victorian Coal Range to bake something yummy using recipes that your grandma would remember, and from recipes written by women of the Highwic family every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.
So come and take a look at our Victorian Coal Range, if you are lucky there could be something to taste and you might even get to try your hand at using the range.
The coal range days are subject to change so please contact us to check that coal range is running on the day that you plan to come or to find out about our other special events.
