Your Teacher: Andrea Hudson

Andrea teaches Hatha style yoga
Her emphasis is on keeping students safe and by moving through the yogic postures, becoming more aware of breath, gain insight into their bodies and thoughts, becoming present and participating fully in every moment.

Participation creates health, flexibility and strength.

Andrea started her yoga journey 33 years ago in Auckland, where she attended regular Asthanga and Iyengar Yoga Classes at the Yoga Academy with Peter and Jude Nielsson.

In 2013 she attended Purna Yoga Teacher Trainging in Byron Bay, Australia (RYT200) and since then has been teaching part-time in New Zealand, Europe and Bali. In May 2019 she completed a further 300h teacher training in Australia to complete her 500h Yoga Alliance registration."
