Once again the fifth Thursday of the month rolls around for our special Showcase.
The line-up:
7:30pm: Kim Earl and the wide Boys (Morrinsville)
8:30pm: Kitset Blues
9:30pm: Shotgun
As usual gold coin donation, merchandise available, raffles, maybe some giveaways.
Hamilton Blues Society has a regular Blues Night on the second Thursday of the month at Biddy Mulligan's Bar (back bar) on Hood Street. Each ensemble/band/performer get 3 songs or 15 minutes of fame. Pop down and talk to the HBS people on the door if you would like to perform.
On the 4th sunday HBS usually has a Sunday Afternoon Blues session - 4 bands over 4 hours.
On Saturday 1 June an HBS contingent of bands and musicians are appearing at the Rotorua Blues Festival from 5pm at Barcode on Arawa Street. Check that post out.
