Hamilton Blues Society - AGM and Blues Night

Hamilton Blues Society Annual General Meeting followed by Blues Night from 7pm.

AGM starts at 6pm - please on arrival check your details when you register at the door.

Once all registrations have been received we'll get the proceeding under way and should be finished before 7pm (or thereabouts).

AGM Agenda:
- Annual report from the committee - Gleniss Kehely
- Statement of accounts - Mark Flyger
- Election of Officers - two people applying for the Sceretary's position
- Election of Committee members - 5 is the maximum number
- Proposal of Membership fee increase
- Recommendations of the committee
- Appointment of Auditor

Thursday Blues Night follows on from the AGM. As usual whiteboard controlled stage appearances.

We ask everyone to bring a little extra cash this night - we have a special raffle draw. HBS is raffling one coveted pull-over HBS Hoodie (see picture) as a fundraiser for Christchurch in the wake of the mosque shooting. The raffle will be drawn Thursday 11 April at 10pm.

As usual, child friendly, gold coin donation, and it is compulsory to have a good time.
