The SOUL (Save Our Unique Landscape) whānau have been fighting to #ProtectIhumātao for over three years, and well over 10,000 people have signed the petition to save this whenua.

We will hīkoi (walk) to Parliament to deliver the petition and demand an urgent government response to avoid a confrontation on the land.

Order of events:
11:40 am - Meet at Te Wharewaka o Pōneke.
Join Pania and other members of the SOUL crew. Grab a banner. Grab a tino flag. Sorted.
12:00 pm - Hīkoi leaves Te Wharewaka - Wheelchair accessible route to Parliament
12:30 pm - Arrive at Parliament
Music, speeches, chanting, the works.
1:00 pm - The petition will be handed to Marama Davidson MP.
1:15 pm - More music!
