This event is part of Conservation Week 2019 - www.conservationweek.org.nz

Get out in nature this Conservation Week by joining your Community Park Rangers, Department of Conservation and Centennial Park Bush Society on a guided nature walk through Centennial Park.

Discover the unique natural and cultural heritage of this site while taking in the inspiring work the Centennial Park Bush Society are doing to restore the parks wildlife. Learn about the native flora and fauna that live in this reserve and how you can get involved in helping restore your backyard and local parks biodiversity.

Stick around and enjoy a free sausage sizzle (vegetarian options available) with our conservation hero’s and share, learn and connect with like minded people.

Numbers are limited and a reasonable fitness level is required.
For more information or to register, email your Auckland Council Community Rangers at mylocalpark@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz.
