The Winter Festival Long Lunch kicks off with a classically-styled Gibbston Valley Non-Vintage Methode Traditionelle, produced from Central Otago fruit and an authentic Central Otago Wine Masterclass, delivered by our Wine Ambassador on arrival.

A three course tasting menu, created with ingredients sourced and grown locally, is then matched with our award-winning wines. This entire experience will give you a perfect taste of what the Gibbston Valley Winery has to offer:
