Gibbs Farm Sculptural Walk is a world renowned walk in amongst the largest collection of open air sculptures in New Zealand. The setting is beautiful, with exotic wildlife (emus, giraffes and zebras) wandering freely. This is the private art collection of businessman, entrepreneur and art collector, Alan Gibbs, and is located in the Kaipara Harbour, 47km North of Auckland. The Farm is only open to the public on select days throughout the year.
Self-drive or book a bus through Mahu City Express (booking link www.mahucityexpress.co.nz). Buses depart from Britomart at 9am or Albany Park and Ride at 9.20am.
Access to the sculptures is by foot, so a reasonable level of fitness is required. This event will go ahead rain or shine. Don't forget a hat, sunblock, your own lunch and plenty of water.
The Trustees of Gibbs Farm have generously allowed us to arrange this event to raise money to fund young, promising tennis players in their travels overseas. Without this support, many of these players will never have the opportunity to benchmark themselves against other top juniors from around the world.
Restrictions: No alcohol or pets
Ticket info: Adult $95 child $40
