Full Moon Circle

Full moon is the the perfect time to release and let go of old limiting beliefs, energies, memories and things that are stopping you from living your fullest life. It is a time for growth and to step into our light even more!

I would love you to join us for an evening of connecting, tuning into what this full moon brings, releasing, cleansing, manifesting and relaxing the entire mind + body.

We will do some yin yoga, meditation, breathing for clearing and sharing and connecting with oils, crystals, sage and more!

Come along bring your beautiful friends, maybe something you would like to add to the circle (you will get this back) bring a pen and notepad, your mat, a blanket to get super relaxed and cozy at the end.
