Would you like to feel more calm and relaxed during the day?

Would you like to learn about tools for relaxation that are natural, effective and easy to use?

Have you been hearing and wondering about essential oils lately and curious to learn more?

Back by popular demand!

Learn about and experience the range of pure essential oils that promote relaxation, calm and ease.

Essential oils are a powerful way to support your nervous system during times of stress and/or anxiety. The naturally-occurring chemical compounds that Mother Nature provides can help to keep you calm, relaxed and steady amid the busy-ness and demands of your daily life. And can help you unwind and restore when it’s all over at the end of the day!

If you'd like to learn more about using essential oils to relax more, please join us for a masterclass that will deepen your understanding of Essential Oils for Relaxation + Calm.

You'll be able to sample many of the oils that help with relaxation and calm, ask questions, learn protocols and diffuser blends to help you relax more.

We'll have lots of herbal teas, organic coconut water and nibbles to share.

Spaces are limited to 6, so be sure to book in early. You're welcome to bring a friend or family member along, but please let me know ahead of time to secure your spots.

Working with the powerful aromatic centers in the brain can positively influence all areas of your life. This workshop will be experiential, and you'll leave with lots of knowledge and tools on how to incorporate more calm, ease and relaxation into your life.
