Ecstatic Dance is a unique dancing experience - a space in which dance expands, spirit activates and beauty flows.
No dance experience is needed just a willingness to dive into your own unique dance. Together we create a connected atmosphere where everybody feels safe and is free to dance. Have fun, explore, be vulnerable, discover and expand your borders. We dance barefoot, without words and replenish ourselves with water.
Feel welcome to stay a little longer after the dance and bring some fruits or chocolate to share.
Program:
7.15 pm - Doors open
7.30 pm - Opening ceremony & Free dance
9:00 pm - Closing ceremony
Entrance fee:
$ 15 - pre sale, including herbal teas
$ 20 - at the door, including herbal teas
Guidelines:
- Move however you wish
- We're dancing barefoot
- No talking, instead communicating through dance
- Wear comfortable clothes and bring your water bottle
