Kick-start your early-morning routine with a regular yoga practice. Or, if you're already a dedicated early morning riser then you'll be excited to hear about 6.30AM yoga classes at Kanuka Yoga Space.
Why practice yoga so early in the morning?
By starting your day with a yoga practice, you will warm up your digestive system and help nutrients move more easily through the body. This causes your body to metabolise carbs and fats quicker.
Plus, an hour of conscious breathing and mindful movement will help shake the sleep from your eyes, and will focus your energies for the day.
Our friendly teachers at Kanuka will be the guide, however the practice is yours - start your day on the right foot, or left, depending which tree pose you're about to do.
Early morning classes for the month of February, 2019 at Kanuka Yoga Space. We are located just off the motorway.
