Divas Night

On Friday 27th September your favourite bar “Downbeat” is treating you with not 1, not 2, not 3, no… 4 outstanding female vocalists!

These four divas are the new up and coming stars, the big kahuna’s who currently study jazz music at the University of Auckland. Having made a name for themselves on a number of gigs around central Auckland, Downbeat is bringing these four to Orewa.

The music will be “jazz plus”, great classics arranged in a contemporary style. Order that large coke glass and pretend to be Simon Cowell; pick your favourite voice of the four!

The professional band behind these four idols comprises Joe Kaptein on piano and Dr. Olivier Holland on double bass.
