Dances of Universal Peace

These joyful and meditative Dances of the heart are inspired by the many cultural and spiritual traditions of the earth including our own indigenous Maori tradition.

We use simple sacred phrases, music and movement to help us reconnect with our deepest essence, in ourselves and each other.

All are welcome - no partner or previous experience is needed!
