Dancercise for The 40+

Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.

Courses run on Wednesdays 5 - 6pm over eight weeks and start:

Young ones and gym bunnies need not apply. This class is designed to match the fitness levels of active older adults and those new to cardio exercise. If you are 40+ and want to improve your strength, cardiovascular health, balance, coordination and flexibility, then this is the course for you. Get fit and have some fun with these simple dance steps to great music.

This course is held in the new dance studio at Selwyn College which has a wooden sprung floor. Unfortunately, street shoes can not be worn. Please wear soft leather (dance type) shoes, socks, or barefoot.
