Speaker - Shingo Nakano, the founder of Conscious Eating.

I will talk about how I developed Conscious Eating from 9 years of experience and experimenting around food and eating. I will explain what is the right food with right attitude at right timing to eat.

And also, I will share some insights toward the food as well as our way of living in order to continue to live in a more balanced way with balanced health.

- What is Conscious Eating?
Conscious Eating is about being aware of our eating habits. What most people call eating is, in fact, "tucking in", an unconscious behaviour where our body can not utilize the maximum potential of the food we eat. And also this behaviour could cause some issues such as emotional eating, nibbling when not hungry, eating too much and weight gain.

By being aware of our eating habits, we learn to listen to what our body is really drawn to eat rather than what we think is necessary, or what we are being told is good, for our body.

Eventually, our body will guide us to what we eat, when we eat, and how we eat.

Thus, the food becomes medicine.

The benefits of Conscious Eating are to help;
- food addiction
- emotional eating
- natural weight loss
- nibbling when not hungry
- proper digestion
- etc
