Chanting, Chai & Gong Bath with Debbie Karl and Soreya James

Our body is an instrument made up of 72 strings that need fine tuning. If we don’t tune our instrument we may feel some form of disharmony in our being. So how do we tune our precious instrument? Through breathe, sound and movement.

During this evening you will be guided through a beautiful experience of tuning the voice with the sound of the Naad (chanting), tuning the heart and body with the subtle movement of Celestial Communication and tuning the psyche and the subconscious through the sound of the gong. Debbie & Soreya are blessed to be holding this divine evening for you for healing and transformation.

Held at The LightRoom you will be guided through a series of meditations using mantra and mudra to bring you into a deep sense of peace. This is followed with a gong bath for healing and transformation. We will then enjoy home made chai and bathe in the energy that has been created throughout the evening.
