Catnap Yoga

Are you simultaneously suffering from a shortage of cat snuggles in your life and a lack of physical flexibility? Never fear as yoga with cats is here at Catnap! The perfect way to de-stress.

Catnap Yoga, with the amazing Kotte, is held weekly on Thursday evenings at 5:30pm. Sessions consist of 45 minutes of yoga in the company of our adorable kitties followed by 45 minutes to wind down with a hot drink and some cat cuddles. Suitable for any skill level, from beginner to expert.

Spaces are limited so get in now and secure your spot! Bookings are required. $25 per person which includes a hot drink. Please note that we open bookings for each month as we get closer to the time, so keep an eye out for more dates.
