Broga – Men's Yoga Class

We are pleased that BROGA returns in Term Four!
Broga will be held at Huia Pool Meeting Room, for members and non-members.

Yoga for the bros! Get all the boys together and give yoga a go!

Yoga is a great practice to reduce injury risk and enhance performance in sport. It will help to stretch out those tight muscles and improve your strength and mobility as well as the mental game. Whether you're a swimmer, athlete or just starting your exercise journey, Broga might be just what you need.

This is a beginner-friendly yoga class perfect for the bros that can't touch their toes. Your first class is free, or free if you're a Huia gym member! Mats will be available for you to use at no cost but you are welcome to bring your own mat (a towel will be just as useful if you don’t have a mat).

Please remember to bring along water to drink. Suitable for all ages and levels of experience.

Directions: Huia Pool + Fitness, Huia Street, Lower Hutt
This class will be held in the Huia Meeting room, above the pool reception, 7:15pm. Please check into the pool reception on arrrival. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior if it is your first time.
