Brahms Requiem

Voices in the Wind, Wellingtons newest auditioned choir is presenting Brahams "A German Requim" - London Version (in English). Come join us for a performance of one of Brahams' most well-regarded and oft-performed works—with Baritone and Soprano soloists alongisde a full chamber choir and four-hand piano accompanist.

This work was first translated into English and performed in London in 1871. We will be honouring this history and presenting it in the same way—using the original English translation & with four-hand piano (2 pianists on one piano!). Don't miss this fabulous local musical event.
