Box Fit Classes

Calling all ladies who need a bit of you time!

Great box fit classes for the ladies - come along, pumping sounds, good fun, make friends. These classes are great to get the heart rate up, and get some fitness in. People of all ages are welcome to come along.

First 2 classes are free!

No need to book just turn up. We are on the second floor at the bowls club. When you enter the gate go upstairs and follow the balcony around to find us.
