Belly Dance Express

Belly dance Express is a beginner belly dance term consisting of 8 x 45min sessions aimed at covering the basic technique and skills for belly dance. Upon completion students may participate in the intermediate level class.

Cost: $110 for 8 weeks.
Payment must be made at time of registration no later than August 5th.

Class description: Learn the ancient art of belly dance! This is a fun beginner level class with no requirement for dance experience. Students will learn basic belly dance technique including posture, shimmies, isolations, a variety of hip movements and traveling steps. The 45 minute class is structured and up beat so you can expect a good warm up, conditioning exercises and thorough teaching of technique.

What to wear: active wear, comfortable clothing or dress up if you like! coin belts are available for purchase in class form just $20
