A day of yoga and breath awareness meditation.
On this event introducing the Buddha’s 16 original contemplations on the breath. We will focus first on breath and body, then look to see how the mind and its myriad thought patterns are linked to these. By looking at Impermanence of all three, we begin to see how we are deeply connected with all life and living beings.
Bring easy vegetarian food for a shared lunch.
