Community Yoga with Radhe - teacher of yoga, relaxation and mediation for more than 35 years. Te Kura offices, 151 Bank St, Whangarei. Tuesdays during school terms only. 5.15 - 6.30 pm. Sometimes it may run on a Thursday.

General class to cater to participants of mixed ability, making it totally manageable for most. Work at your own level. Includes exercises/postures (Asanas), breathing techniques (Pranayama) and a 5 minute relaxation (short Yoga Nidra).

This is a family-friendly event so school students are most welcome. This is usually run as Radhe's koha community Yoga class but purchasing a concession card for 10 yoga classes is fine if that's what you prefer.

All are welcome. Bring your own mat or borrow one of Radhe's. Come in the second door down the drive at 151 Bank St and upstairs to the Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu offices. If the door is closed, press the bell and someone will come down to let you in.
