The 2019 Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour will be hosted in Tauranga once again by the Central North Island Section of the New Zealand Alpine Club - don't miss out!

Your attendance supports the NZ Alpine Club to protect the interests and safety of NZ's vibrant outdoor/climbing community and to enable skilled adventurers via education and instruction, access and advocacy and various other projects such as crag repair and pest management.

The Banff Mountain Film Festival, is the largest, and one of the most prestigious, mountain festivals in the world. The Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour hits the road, hot on the heels of the Banff Mountain Film Festival held every Autumn in Banff, Canada.

With stops planned in about 550 communities and more than 40 countries across the globe, this year’s tour features the most inspiring action, environmental, adventure, award-winning films and audience favourites are among the films chosen to travel the globe.
