Movement Works

Cosy small-group classes where you learn to cultivate and practice ease in yourself and your everyday activities.

The classes are a great way to improve your balance, mobility and overall sense of wellbeing.

The verbally guided Awareness Through Movement lessons involve the whole body, allowing you to gain a new awareness and sense of ease. You learn about your habits and where you tend to strain or overwork.

There is no competition or judgement. You get to decide the pace and level of comfort for you. It doesn't matter if you've never tried a Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement class before or you've been doing it for years. All body types and levels are welcome.

Benefits of the classes include:
- Reduced pain, stress & tension
- Increased vitality & energy
- Improved balance & stability
- Better posture
- Ability to move with more ease & confidence

The classes are a specialised small-group format and have a maximum of five students per class.

If you're ready to optimise your movement so you can be pain-free, comfortable and easy, please get in touch to book your place.
