Shorter days, cooler air, vibrant colors... autumn is here. The season of transformation reminds us that life is a series of cycles and changes.

We see it in nature: falling leaves, shifting weather and a complete new harvest. We feel it in ourselves: energy drawing inward, time to pause, reflect and renew.

While the winds of change affect our body and mind, we may feel less settled and stable at this time of the year. Ironically, it is only through change that we can stay grounded by adapting our habits and yoga practice.

Let's use the autumn energy to our advantage and review our needs, bring harmony back to the body by slowing down, make space for yourself, and create a state of ease.

This workshop offers gentle feel good yoga, supporting meditation and coaching techniques - wonderful ways to maintain your internal balance and comfort. Gift yourself this nourishing time of movement and coziness in the blissful surrounding of 'Space'. The studio will invite you with a warm embrace, professional guidance and all props provided.
