Audio Foundation: Gate, Thistle Group, Astrolabe

In association with the exhibition, Call Back Your Dogs, Audio Foundation is very happy to announce a concert for acclaimed musician and visual artist, Michael Morley.

Thistle Group is the solo project of Claire Mahoney. Freshly returned following a European jaunt with Pumice, Thistle Group assembles rumbling analog tape loops that snake around multiple axes, augmented with occasional drums and voice. Astrolabe is the ambient electronic project of Sam Longmore and James Sullivan. Their infrequent live performances hinge on processed field recordings and live electronics, supplemented by soft chords.
