Art by Bike - Toi mā Runga Paihikara

Special Bike Fest Tours.

As part of Rotorua Bike Festival 2019, Art by Bike will be running two additional tours to their normal schedule.

The special Bike Festival tours will take place on the Saturday 26 October and Saturday 2 November at 10am (weather permitting).

Enjoy a free guided tour by bike through some of Rotorua’s cycleways and explore the impressive art works located in central Rotorua, Government Gardens, Kuirau Park, Rotorua Lakefront and Sulphur Point.

Starting from Te Manawa (corner of Hinemoa and Tūtānekai Streets) in the heart of Rotorua the tours are expected to take approximately 1.5 – 2 hours.

Check the @RotoruaEvents Facebook page on the morning of the tour if the weather isn’t looking good.

This guided tour is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Required to bring:
- Bike (pahikara)
- Cycle helmet (pōtae pahikara)
- Water bottle and snacks
- Sunblock and appropriate protective clothing

Normal Art by Bike tours will take place on last Saturday in the month at 10am from September 2019 until April 2020 (weather permitting).
