If you have been 'thinking & looking' to try the authentic Argentine Tango, then think & look no further! Come and find out why the Argentine Tango is so additive!

This Beginners Crash Course is perfect for those who'd like to immerse themselves into the dance from scratch whether you are a first timer or a recent beginner. No dance experience or partner is necessary. If you can walk, you can dance the Tango.

Ariel Yanovsky and Gisela Vidal who were born and raised in Buenos Aires, the home of Argentine Tango, will be taking you on a journey to Buenos Aires in this class!

Ariel & Gisela have been dancing the Tango at a very young age in Buenos Aires and have also been teaching for over 20 years around the world. This is a great opportunity for Auckland to learn the authentic Argentine Tango with the feel of Buenos Aires.

Argentine Tango is a culture and necessity – particularly in the hearts of Buenos Aires and Montevideo. Tango became a symbol that reflected the music and folk’s way of living and emerged in the 19th Century. This style of dancing is social and unique in the genre of music.

The beauty of Argentine Tango is in its improvisation; there is no set sequence or steps to follow; and we dance with different partners all the time. No two tango dances are ever the same.

As Argentine Tango isn’t built around learning rigid steps or sequences, it’s both great fun and relaxing especially after a tough day of studying or working. It’s also a great form of exercise both physically and mentally; a fantastic way to meet people and make new friends.
