If you are a nurse working in aged residential care (ARC), particularly on the floor, then this workshop is for you.
The New Zealand Aged Care Association (NZACA) is excited to bring you renowned industry expert Nurse Practitioner, Dr Michal Boyd who will delight audiences with her vast knowledge and experience.
She will be presenting on When to be concerned: Tips for recognition and treating the deteriorating resident.
Dr Boyd, an advocate for nurse practitioners, the elderly and a leading aged care researcher was recently honoured with a special award at the nurse practitioners New Zealand conference. Our workshop facilitator, Rhonda Sherriff will cover registered nurse responsibilities in ARC.
