Tulip Fest Rotorua in collaboration with The Rogue Stage Presents and The Eastern are proud to announce an unique concert as part of the Tulip Festival Program. You are invited to attend a solo performance by Adam McGrath, front man and lead singer of The Eastern - NZ's most hardworking country band - for an evening of intimate story telling and song.


Adam McGrath is the front man of The Eastern. They’ve toured with Steve Earle (twice), the Old Crow Medicine Show (twice) and the Lilʼ Band of Gold as well as opening for everyone from Fleetwood Mac to the Jayhawks to Jimmy Barnes to Justin Townes Earle as well as Jim White, Victoria Williams and Vic Chestnut. Over the past six years having delivered up three albums (‘The Eastern, ‘Arrows’ and ‘Hope & Wire’), three e.p.’s and near on 1000 shows.

In April at Rerewhakaaitu Hall this year, Adam performed to an audience of 40 who would all vouch for his sincerity, his storytelling and great songs.
